We’ve reached an important milestone at Alchemy, with all civil works now complete across the site. This includes the delivery of essential infrastructure such as roads, drainage, water, power, and services — laying the groundwork for the homes, parklands, and community spaces still to come.

This phase of work is critical and finishing it marks a major step forward in bringing the Alchemy vision to life. With these foundations now in place, the site is ready for the next stage of construction.

We’re also pleased to share that Shiralee Road is now officially open to traffic following a major upgrade carried out as part of the Alchemy development— an important connection for the broader community. With the road now open, providing improved access, residents can drive through and get a first look at the emerging Alchemy precinct.
