Nestled around what will soon become a new 40,000sqm parkland, Alchemy isn’t just near green space — it’s part of it. This future park is being thoughtfully designed in partnership with landscape architects Context, who share our vision for creating a space that is both beautiful and ecologically rich.

To help bring this to life, we’ve already relocated more than 100 mature trees from within the site to preserve their character. Instead of cutting down and clearing the land, we’ve chosen to work with it – making space for nature rather than removing it. We’re also sourcing high-quality trees to line our streets, so that the whole neighbourhood feels green and welcoming from day one.

This is about more than aesthetics — it’s about creating a place that lasts, where landscape and living sit side by side.
