Construction activity continues to build momentum at Alchemy, with works progressing across several areas of the development.

Construction has officially commenced on The Ember homes, with the first slab poured and wall frames and roof trusses already erected onsite. It’s exciting to see the first homes of this next stage taking shape, with visible progress occurring week by week.

Alongside the home construction, subdivision works are continuing for The Reserve Collection and a number of premium park-front allotments. Once complete, these works will deliver 19 residential lots directly fronting the future Alchemy parkland, providing buyers and neighbours with an increasingly clear picture of how this part of the community will come together.

Landscaping works for the Stage 1 Residences are now complete, enabling settlements and sales of these 14 homes to proceed and marking another important milestone for the development.

Looking ahead, civil subdivision works for the park-front lots are scheduled for completion in Q3 2026, while the six Ember homes remain on track for completion in December 2026. Planning is also progressing for Stage 3, with construction anticipated to commence later in 2026.

A significant amount of work continues behind the scenes to keep the project moving forward, and we’d like to acknowledge the efforts of the wider Alchemy team and consultants, including Keedan (Civil Contractor), GJC Builders and Matt Earle Landscaping. Their ongoing commitment and collaboration have been instrumental in maintaining momentum across the development.
