Construction is well underway on the first stage of homes at Alchemy, with all slabs now poured for The Residences — a collection of 14 architecturally designed homes that mark the beginning of our growing community.

The first four homes are nearing completion, with landscaping and fencing currently being finalised. Just down the row, interior finishes are progressing on the next group of homes, while framing and structural works are underway on the final houses in the stage.

It’s a rewarding moment to see this part of the project coming to life — not just on paper, but in built form. These homes reflect the care and planning that has gone into Alchemy from day one, with quality construction and design that responds to the surrounding landscape.

The Residences will also include our new display home, set to open later this year, which will give future residents and visitors a first-hand look at the design quality and lifestyle Alchemy offers.
